Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards
Sunway Estates was named among the “Top 5 Best Real Estate Agencies in Southeast Asia.”
The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards is one of the region’s leading real estate awards programs, established by the digital media company Dot Property Group. It recognizes leading developers, residential and commercial projects, architectural and design solutions, as well as achievements in sustainability and innovation.

Sunway Estates received two prestigious awards:
- “Top Performance for Presales Projects”
- “Top 1 International Agency Sales Performance Overall”
Both honors are part of the Origin PLC Agency Club Awards, a prestigious recognition program in the Thai real estate industry organized by Origin PLC, one of Thailand’s leading developers.
The company began operations in 2009 with affordable low-rise condominiums, went public in 2015, and by 2024 had more than 150 projects in its portfolio.
