The Estates is located in Laem Yai Bay over a secluded grove overlooking pristine private beach adjacent to the hotel. Bill Bensley’s design marries traditional Southern Thai style with modern luxury, creating architectural masterpieces realized in finest local tropical hardwood, teak and terrazzo. The Estates have been recognized - twice - by the Thailand Property Awards for Best Villa Development (Samui), and in 2010 received the award for Best Interior Design. It has also received the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2010 for Best Development in Thailand and Best Development overall in the region.
The development is, integrally, a part of Four Seasons Samui site, is managed by Four Seasons and is accessible through the hotel lobby. The owners and tenants get exclusive access to all the facilities of the resort, including its spa, the spa, fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, library and reading room, indelible dining options and it’s fleet of luxury yachts. Residents can also enjoy five-star services including all-day room service, bell attendant, 24-hour security and housekeeping.
