Banyan Tree Residences Aegir is an ultra-luxury villa project by the world-renowned Banyan Group. It is set in a private residential enclave within the Group’s flagship Banyan Tree Phuket resort, about 150 m from Bang Tao Beach. The green land between the project and the sea is protected by land zoning, which means no construction is permitted. This places the Aegir villas in a rare position close to the shoreline.

The project consists of only 10 private pool sea-view villas, each designed as a spacious 2-story residence with 793 sq.m of built-up area on a 480 sq.m plot.

With the Aegir villas, Banyan Group returns to its roots: the project sits on the grounds of the group’s very first Banyan Tree Phuket resort. It is part of the Banyan Tree Grand Residences series of private residences, located on a plot connected to the resort but not accessible to resort guests. The previous Banyan Tree Grand Residences phase comprised luxury villas inspired by traditional Chinese courtyard houses. The Aegir villas take a more modern design direction instead, moving away from the single-story layout to allow for Andaman Sea views from the second-floor pool deck and living room.
