Newest addition to the Banyan Tree Residences and Laguna Phuket, Beach Terraces is just 15 luxury seaview townhomes, just 150 m from the beach.

Beach Terraces are a new phase of Banyan Tree Grand Residences - a collection of high-end villas and apartments on the beachside land connected to Banyan Tree resort - one of Phuket’s most famed hotels. Rhe project is connected to the resort by a walkway, all the owners will have direct access to Banyan Tree’s premises and facilities (including several restaurants, spa, golf course and more).

The homes themselves are located in a row at the sea-facing edge of the property.
