Botanica Four Seasons - four styles of a year-round luxury villa living on Phuket
Botanica Four Seasons is a new premium villa project in Phuket’s Layan area, offering a selection of striking designs and robust facilities.
The project comprises 4 different zones, fittingly named and modeled after 4 seasons, with the developer aiming to reach a respective season’s atmosphere in every zone.
Each zone offers a different villa design. So far (as of summer 2023) 2 zones have been unveiled: Spring features a new Zen design - fresh and contemporary take on Japanese minimalism; Autumn offers one of Botanica’s signature designs - Modern Loft.
The project is located on a sweeping 154k+ sqm (96+ Rai) sized plot, with almost 10% allocated for common areas and facilities. The latter will include ample green areas, footpaths, tennis courts and gym. It’s a gated community with 24-hours security, CCTV and professional management.
Spring
The Spring zone introduces a new Zen-inspired design, than combines modern luxury with Zen-inspired landscaping design. There is 30 villas in this zone, all are 3-bedrooms with 305 sqm built-up size: each villa has a 3.8 x 9.5 meter private swimming pool. The plots range from 506 to 1092 sqm.
Autumn
The Autumn zone returns developer’s old favorite - Modern Loft design, that had proven its mettle and popularity in Botanica Modern Loft I and II projects. The phase consists of 37 villas ranging from 310 sqm 3-bedrooms to 380 sqm 4-bedrooms; all come with 4 x 10 meter private pool. Plots vary from 459 to 910 sqm.
Summer
Another classic design is available in the Summer zone. It’d be difficult to pick a style more synonymous with summer, sun and seaside than Botanica’s Signature Tropical Balinese. This zone incudes 72 villas, 3- and 4-bedrooms, with built-up areas from 370 sqm to 590 sqm, and plots 560-944 sqm.
