Botanica MontAzure is located in a beautiful, upscale area in the northern end of Kamala. The plot sits at the foot of the hills surrounding Kamala, enveloped by tropical greenery. At the same time, it remains just 900 m from Kamala beach, and the neighborhood includes InterContinental, Twinpalms Montazure, Novotel, and Cafe del Mar.

Botanica MontAzure is a part of the larger MontAzure development. MontAzure's clubhouse and luxury Twinpalms Residences are located directly on the beach, neighbored by Cafe del Mar on one side and Intercontinental on the other.
