Botanica Forestique - Modern Luxury pool villas in a prime location in Bang Tao
Botanica Forestique is a luxury contemporary pool villa development in an excellent location in the heart of Bangtao.
Botanica is one of the most successful and well-respected luxury villa brands on Phuket, with a strong reputation for thoughtful architecture and excellent build-quality. New project doesn’t stray from that reputation, evolving and further updating already excellent designs.
Forestique is the spiritual successor of the earlier (award-winning and quickly sold-out) Botanica Foresta. Botanica Forestique is located in the center of Cherngtalay on Khok Tanot road. It’s close to the southern edge of Laguna Phuket, and within easy access of of Layan and Bangtao beaches (Naithon is just 15 minutes away as well).
With this project Botanica is coming home - Botanica’s first projects (Botanica Luxury Villas phases I-III) are located down the same road. Of course, since then this kind of prime plots have become few and far in between. With most of the new projects moving further away from the prime areas of Bang Tao, the luxury of staying next door to Laguna and short drive to Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping and dining district is undisputed.
