The project

Canvas Cherngtalay will be the first under Sansiri’s ‘Canvas’ brand, which will cover resort-style condos in popular holiday destinations, that can be used both as vacation homes or permanent residences. To that end, it will feature rich selection of facilities, including co-working center, two swimming pools, fully equipped fitness center, golf simulator, 60% parking with EV-chargers, Sansiri Backyard with community garden and more.

The design follows ‘seaside oasis’ concept, combining earthy natural tones with vivid accent, inspired by coral reef and colorful marine life. One of the highlights is a unique freeform Coral Lagoon pool, with gentle curves and intricate underwater ornaments that evoke the light patterns on the sea floor.

The project comprises 4 low-rise residential building and a separate building housing parking and facilities - there is no car traffic past the entrance, with tenants delivered to their buildings by the shuttle service. There is only 175 units, ranging from 39.25 sqm 1-bedrooms to 105 sqm penthouses; units on the ground floor come with a pool access, units on the top floor - with private rooftops.

Canvas offers an attractive payment schedule with 50% payable during construction and 50% - on handover in early 2026
