What is nearby

As we said above, the location of Laguna Lakeside is nothing short of amazing.

First of all, like all Banyan Tree projects it’s located in - and comprises the part of - Laguna Phuket. Laguna is an integrated resort and upscale residential area located in the heart of Bang Tao beach. It's arguably the best area for luxury residential projects on Phuket, a fact underscored by the numerous high-end projects constructed in it (by Banyan Tree) and around it (by everyone else).

Secondly, it’s located at the main entrance to Laguna. Historically, before Banyan Tree bought out the central Bangtao land that will become the foundation of Laguna in 80s, there wasn’t much development here. Later, when it started taking shape, the rest of Bangtao developed around Laguna. That includes Boat Avenue - a popular commercial district with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket etc - which emerged at Laguna’s entrance - the same entrance where Lakeside stands. Right behind Boat Avenue is Porto de Phuket open-air lifestyle mall from Central Group. Basically, all the best places Bangtao has to offer are within 5 minutes walk.

Thirdly, the project stands on one of the lagoons (to the south-east from the building) that give the area its name. Another lagoon is to the north of the project, separated from it by a single row of Laguna Vista villas (an older project by Banyan Tree, the houses are not over 2-stories tall). Which means that on both directions you have unblocked views from all the units.
