Eden Residences are located at the entrance of the Gardens of Eden, right at the beach road. It is a boutique low-rise luxury condo, consisting of 7 buildings with a total of just 141 residences.

To avoid confusion regarding the beachfront status of the project: there is a road and approximately 150 meters of green land between the Gardens of Eden entrance and the beach. This strip of land under zoning regulations, cannot be developed = no permanent structures can be built on it. This means the project is as close to the beach as possible, and nothing will be built between it and the shore, however you still need to cross about 100-150 m of tropical greenery to get to the actual sand.
