This brand new ultra-luxury condo development by Sansiri marks their first branded condominium and YOO designs first foray into Thailand.
YOO Studio is the global design studio brand co-founded by property entrepreneur John Hitchcox and renowned industrial architect and designer Philippe Starck. With 81 projects in 36 countries, YOO is considered the world’s largest non-hotel residential brand. The group cooperates with a number of world-famous designers including Philippe Starck, Kelly Hoppen, Jade Jagger, Wander and Steve Leung.
YOO Studio brought their design expertise adapted to the Thai rich architecture history under the concept of "Industrial Heritage".
Khun by YOO is a single 27-story tower with just 148 freehold condominium units, sitting on ~1 Rai of landscaped land.
As could be expected from such a collaboration, Khun by YOO puts design front and center. With a copper core running through the heart of the building, flashes of raw concrete and encased in full height insulated glass, the design gives the façade a distinctive elegant and striking appearance.
