Porsche Design Tower Bangkok - Drive your supercar directly into your ultra-luxury condo in Bangkok

Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is a luxury high-rise condominium in Thong Lo. It is also the first-ever Porsche Design Tower in Asia and the third in the world, offering an exclusive collection of ultra-luxury “sky villas.”

The project comprises just 22 residences within a single 21-story building. Here, the floor-to-ceiling height reaches 6.5 meters, and there are a total of 172 conventional parking spaces.

One of the most prominent features is the iconic X-Frame structure at the front of the building, which takes cues from the integrated cage and exoskeleton design of the Porsche Mission R concept.

At the center of the building is the Loop, a spiral access ramp that leads directly to the Passion Spaces. These spaces can be tailored to individual preferences, including for use as luxury garages to showcase cars.

Further up, the Crown tops the tower with a signature lighting design inspired by the lighting elements Porsche has long been known for.

The sky villas are spacious residences available in three layouts:

Meanwhile, the elegant glass facade embodies the essence of sports car engineering. Inspired by the Kinetic Move of the Porsche Targa’s roof mechanism, the facade features a fully automated terrace door system that requires only a flick of a switch to transform the space for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Each unit comes with a professional kitchen equipped with a gas turbo wok burner, providing the flexibility to prepare Western, Asian, and BBQ cuisine. There is also a direct private lift from the Passion Space to the residence.
