Punyisa Bang Jo is developed by M2 Plus, founded by Mary Pakamard, an architectural and interior designer with over 25 years of experience. She leads the design and furnishing of the project, while construction is managed by her brother.

Mary Pakamard has contributed to the development of Cape Yamu Beachfront Residence, a well-known high-end residential project in Phuket. Punyisa is her first project and has achieved strong market response, with the first phase already fully sold and subsequent phases progressing at an even faster pace.

The villas follow a modern and inspiring Asian fusion theme, with an emphasis on privacy, security, space, and high-quality finishes expected of homes built to world-class standards, while supporting more sustainable and comfortable living.

Some of the development’s unique design features include custom-made clay ventilation blocks used in wall construction, heat-reflective glass in all windows, double walls for soundproofing, and solar energy panels.

The villas are designed to maximize airflow, allowing fresh air to enter at ground level while reducing reliance on air conditioning. As warm air rises, it exits through upper-level ventilators, and double-volume ceilings in the living areas help maintain cooler and fresher interiors during the hottest periods in Phuket.
