As we mentioned above, the project is extremely low-density, with only 70ish residential villas offered in the entire 237 acre community. The villas themselves are designed to maximally blend into the project’s natural environment, most of them are build along one of natural lakes or ponds within the project.

The developer offers multiple villa types under 2 different designs

  • Vana - the original design of the project with heavy use of wood and natural materials. Incorporates traditional Japanese, Chinese and Thai elements in a contemporary design. Comes in 2-4 bedroom options, with built-up areas from 333 to 780 sqm.

  • Nanda - a new design introduced in October 2023, uses concrete and curved glass to achieve modernist clean look. Like Vana, the villa types include 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with the addition of an alternative 2-storey 3+ option; however the built-up area is bigger - 348-853 sqm.
