Villa Kirara is a triumphant foray into luxury pool villas in the ever-popular Bangtao by one of Phuket’s most esteemed local condos developers.

After their IPO in 2017, Title Serenity developer (Rhom Bho PLC) had another major milestone in 2023, when its majority stake had been acquired by Assetwise - a big Bangkok-based developer. While the shareholder politics rarely impacts end buyers, in this case Assetwise brough a lot of expertise and know-how and you can clearly see the difference between pre- and post-acquisition projects, especially in terms of layouts and facilities.
Villa Kirara is located in a green, natural environment, just 10 minutes away from Bangtao beach and Laguna Phuket. It’s a part of a bigger compound - The Title Park, which includes Mingle Little Hill lifestyle mall, Villa Kirara and clubhouse (with more components to be announced in the future). Having a mall within the project is a great solution on the developer part, allowing you to stay in a quiet, serene place, while having shops and F&B options right at the gate.
