While the shareholder politics rarely impacts end buyers, in this case Assetwise brough a lot of expertise and know-how and you can clearly see the difference between pre- and post-acquisition projects, especially in terms of layouts and facilities.

Villa Kirara is located in a green, natural environment, just 10 minutes away from Bangtao beach and Laguna Phuket. It’s a part of a bigger compound - The Title Park, which includes Mingle Little Hill lifestyle mall, Villa Kirara and clubhouse (with more components to be announced in the future). Having a mall within the project is a great solution on the developer part, allowing you to stay in a quiet, serene place, while having shops and F&B options right at the gate.

That said, if you ever want more, you don’t have to go far. Kirara is located in Bangtao, one of the most developed parts of Phuket, so anything you can possibly need - from shops and shopping malls to international schools and golf - is easily accessed.
