Sunway Estates Wrapped 2025: A Year in Projects, People, and Milestones
In premium real estate, a year can be measured in many ways—rankings, revenue, and growth charts. We chose a different lens: the projects we are proud of, the milestones that mattered, and the people who made it all possible.
This is what shaped 2025 for Sunway Estates.
Awards That Mattered
We rarely put the spotlight on accolades. Still, some moments are worth keeping as quiet markers along the way.
Botanica Luxury Villas
In 2025, Sunway Estates ranked second by total sales volume with Botanica, one of Phuket’s most sought-after luxury villa developers.
This result is particularly meaningful to us. Botanica has long set industry benchmarks, and being among its top partners reflects two things we value most: our clients’ trust and processes that work precisely, consistently, and with care.
Development Milestones
2025 was an important year for us, not only as a premium real estate agency. The Sunway Estates group continues to grow its own development portfolio, and this direction became one of our key focuses.
Villa Fah, Koh Samui
Villa Fah holds a special place for us. While still under construction, the project has already been shortlisted for the International Property Awards.

Two restrained horizontal volumes, 230-degree panoramic views, and a careful integration into the natural hillside—behind the visual simplicity lies complex engineering work we are genuinely proud of.
Sunway Villas, Koh Samui

In 2025, we continued work on Phase Two of Sunway Villas, which sold out at an early construction stage through private, off-market offers to our clients.
The project comprises 11 premium villas with private pools and gardens, a gated community, and a fitness facility, with rental management programs available. Within walking distance are several five-star resorts, including Kimpton, Meliá, and SALA Samui Choengmon Beach Resort.
Coliseum Phuket
Another large-scale project where Sunway Estates acts as general contractor and operations manager is Coliseum Phuket, a mixed-use sports complex and hotel spanning over 14,000 sq.m with international-level infrastructure:
- A fully equipped gym, cycling studio, MMA, yoga, and spa spaces
- A restaurant zone of approximately 2,000 sq.m, including a rooftop venue with live performance areas
- A 55-key hotel with dedicated wellness facilities
- A professional Muay Thai training center with rings and preparation zones totaling 1,200 sq.m
This experience reinforces what defines Sunway Estates: not only identifying strong opportunities on the market, but creating our own—thoughtful, relevant, and recognized beyond Thailand.
Notable Launches of the Year
Two launches in 2025 stood out for setting a new benchmark for branded residences in Thailand.
InterContinental Residences
InterContinental is one of the world’s most recognizable hospitality brands, and one of the most selective. Its approach to branded residences is deliberate, with equal attention to location and development partners.

Until recently, Thailand had only one such project in Hua Hin. In late 2025, a rare market moment occurred when InterContinental announced two new branded residential projects simultaneously—in Phuket and Bangkok.
Each interprets the brand philosophy differently, from beachfront resort living to a contemporary urban environment with an emphasis on privacy and service.

For Sunway Estates, being part of launches of this scale matters. Several of our clients chose InterContinental projects at an early stage, and we are currently accompanying the closing of the first transactions.
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok
Another launch that drew significant attention was Porsche’s first branded residences in Asia.
The project is set to become the most expensive residential development in Bangkok, with residence prices reaching THB 1.4 billion (approx. USD 44.5 million).

A defining feature is the Passion Spaces concept, which integrates private in-residence parking zones. A spiral ramp allows owners to drive their supercars directly up to their penthouses.
The Fastest Sale of the Year
One of the year’s most notable market results came from The Title Villa Estella Naiyang, with 26 villas sold in just two months, a rarity even by Phuket standards.

Why did it happen?
- A trusted developer: Rhom Bho PLC is among Phuket’s most respected developers. Their formula—generous land plots, greenery, low density, and a resort atmosphere—was adapted here to a villa format for the first time, and the market response followed quickly.
- A location with momentum: Nai Yang continues to develop rapidly and is emerging as one of the island’s most promising areas in the northeast.
- Proximity to the sea: It is just 600 meters from the beach, an advantage valued by both investors and future residents.
We pay close attention to signals like these and guide our clients toward projects where we see potential before it becomes obvious to the wider market.
A New Way to Connect
This year, we relaunched our YouTube channel with a new approach. Beyond project presentations, it now features honest walkthroughs, neighborhood explorations, and a sense of place that polished renders cannot convey.
We filmed in Phuket, Bangkok, and Koh Samui—layouts, roads, noise and quiet, project details, and nuances usually hidden behind glossy visuals. This marks the beginning of a long-term focus on video, which we will continue to develop in 2026.
The first videos will be live very soon. We hope you enjoy watching them as much as we enjoyed making them.
The People Behind Sunway Estates
The company continues to grow while remaining a boutique agency by design. In 2025, several strong professionals joined the team, and our Bangkok office moved to Naiipa, a thoughtfully designed, creative space.
The highlight of the year, however, was a team retreat on Koh Phangan. We explored hiking trails, snorkeled along reefs, cooked seafood on the beach, watched fire shows, and talked. We saw how different everyone’s paths into the company had been and how closely aligned our values are: precision in work, high standards in everything we do, and a reputation built on actions rather than words.
That is why we measure each year not only by projects, but by people—those who work with Sunway, and those who trust us with their decisions.
