Overview
Layan Residences by Anantara is a boutique villa development located in Anantara Layan resort on Phuket. It’s located in the northern end of serene Layan beach, on an elevated land plot amidst lush mature tropical trees. The development consists of just 15 luxury pool villas - 3 to 9 bedrooms each - all boasting premium views over Andaman Sea, unparalleled location and access to the facilities, services and property management of award-winning, five-star Anantara Layan.
Layan Residences, along with its sister project Avadina Hills comprise the first ever branded Residences by Anantara. Owners can also opt for the hotel to add their Residence into the hotel inventory for rental and revenue sharing.
Villas
Each villa features 21 meter private infinity pool with large sundeck, spacious living and dining areas and multipurpose leisure focused rooms. Apart from that they also have additional expansion spaces for cinemas, wine room, private spas, gyms and so on, depending on your needs.
The villas take advantage of the tropical environment by balancing a mix of covered and outdoor spaces, including an open Sala, sweeping outdoor decks and open stairways. The architecture further mirrors the landscape by using indigenous materials - Thai travertine, locally-sourced wood, stone and terrazzo flooring - keeping the interior and exteriors natural and authentic.
Gorgeous 180 degree Andaman sea views are further augmented by high, intricately carved ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The signature design blends contemporary style with traditional Asian touches; timeless style is accented by small creative touches and cultural details: carved ceiling lattices, carpet patterns, distinctive artifacts and antiques.
The residences feature two-tiered flat roofs with indented corners - a modern twist on traditional Thai design, which also serves to enhance the views.
