Overview

Garden Atlas Phase II is a designer luxury villa project located in one of the most sought-after corners of Bangtao.

Phase 2 of the project consists of just 6 luxury villas (along with 7 more in the first phase), each with spacious living room, 3-4 bedrooms (including a really grand master suite with glass-clad walk-in closet and home office), private swimming pool with a sundeck, 2 salas (one is located at the edge of the pool, another one - on top of the living room, overlooking the pool).

Garden Atlas is located on the popular Pasak soi 8 - a quiet, handsome street just minutes away from Bangtao’s main shopping and dining hotspots.

The villas are built in a very competent take on a modern Thai-Balinese design. The developer opted for contemporary interiors and tropical, verdant exteriors, with their signature rooftop sala overlooking the courtyard, the swimming pool and surrounding greenery. Said rooftop sala can be repurposed as a BBQ zone, or a yoga deck, and is accessible through a discreet rock staircase that runs along the glass wall in the backdrop of the living room - as much a design piece as a functional element.
