After their IPO in 2017, Title Serenity developer (Rhom Bho PLC) had another major milestone in 2023, when its majority stake had been acquired by Assetwise - a big Bangkok-based developer. While the shareholder politics rarely impacts end buyers, in this case Assetwise brough a lot of expertise and know-how and you can clearly see the difference between pre- and post-acquisition projects, especially in terms of layouts and facilities (you will see what we are talking about below).

The development consists 6 residential buildings, seven stories each, sitting on ~13.3 Rai (22,053 sqm) - like we said, a lot of space for greenery and facilities. Between the buildings lies a network of swimming pools, water features, sun decks and garden areas.

What is nearby

The project is located just 500m away from Nai Yang Beach in the northern part of Phuket and right next to Sirinat national park. Sirinat is a fairly small coastal park - ~22 km² of coastal land and 68 km² of the sea. It is best known for its white sandy beaches and the view of aircraft flying low over a beach for landing. It’s not the biggest park on Phuket or the most famous, bit it’s nice to have a patch of tropical greenery right next to your home - and it’s even nicer to know that nothing will be built between you and the sea.

Nai Yang beach itself offers a peaceful and unspoiled atmosphere, still retaining the charm of "old Phuket." It has some first-class hotels, including Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, and The Slate (a unique designer property combining industrial design with local motifs). Nai Yang is also a prime destination for kite surfing.

While Nai Yang has only recently begun to see active development, the whole northeastern region of Phuket is a hotspot for high-profile developments, including new 4 billion THB international medical center project in neighboring Mai Khao and a new airport in Phang Nga, north of Phuket. This makes the area ripe with potential and a promising investment opportunity.
