Kiara Reserve Residences is a luxury branded residential development comprising 42 private pool villas and condominiums in Layan Bay – a resort, residential and leisure complex on the north-west coast of Phuket. The residences are spaciously allotted over 100 rai (40 acres) of land on a lush, ocean-facing hillside. They are located steps away from Layan Beach, and adjacent to two existing ultra-luxury residences (Layan Residences by Anantara and Avadina Hills by Anantara) and the five-star Anantara Layan Phuket Resort.
Kiara Reserve includes just 42 private pool villas and condominiums.
That includes a total of 17 three- and four-bedroom villas, and 25 three- and four-bedroom single-story, duplex and penthouse condominiums. Villas range in size from 501 to 655 sq. m., and condominiums from 251 to 829 sq. m. All villas and condominiums feature a private pool.
Facilities
On-site facilities at Kiara Reserve will include a residents-only swimming pool, fitness centre, club house and parking. Facilities at Layan Bay include Thai and international restaurants, Anantara Spa, beachside dining and rooftop bar at Beach House, sport and leisure facilities at Layan Active Zone, and an on-site helipad and yacht tender jetty.
Payment schedule
- A deposit of THB 1,000,000 is payable on reservation.
- During the construction phase, 30% of the selling price (minus deposit amount) is payable over 18 months in three installments of 10% each – the first 10% at SPA signing.
- The balance of payment of 70% of the selling price is payable at handover and registration.
