It is the first beachfront project developed by Mary Pakamard—an architectural and interior designer with over 25 years of experience and a portfolio including some of Phuket’s most iconic projects. Among other things, Mary was involved in the development of Cape Yamu Beachfront Residence, a well-known ultra-high-end residential project in Phuket. She founded the Punyisa brand, which has since achieved a strong market response. Some of her projects have sold out in the first phase, with later phases selling at an even faster pace.

Punyisa Oceana is located in Phang Nga and near Natai Beach, a 10-kilometer stretch of white sand along the Andaman coast. The area has become a high-end tourist destination, with the beach lined with multiple luxury villas and five-star resorts, including Baba Beach Club and Veyla Natai Residences. That said, it has been able to retain its local charm.

While Natai offers convenient access to Phuket International Airport, the upcoming Andaman International Airport is currently under construction in southern Phang Nga, close to the Sarasin Bridge connecting the province to Phuket. Once complete, it will further shorten the travel distance needed to reach an airport for both international and domestic flights, as well as increase tourism activity in the area.
