The project is being developed by joint venture of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited, the Paradise Group (an affiliated entity of the Lan Kwai Fong Group) and their Thai partners.

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited has a vast portfolio over Asia including Bel-Air in Hong Kong and Park Hyatt Niseko in Japan. It’s a part of Richard Li’s Pacific Century Group, which also includes PCCW - Hong Kong’s largest telecom provider.

Lan Kwai Fong Group is famous for the development of Lan Kwai Fong district in Hong Kong, as well as Andara and Andara Signature in Phuket. Its chairman Allan Zeman is well known industry figure both in Hong Kong and Thailand.
