The project

Whizdom Craftz Samyan is a 55-story high-rise building, standing right on the main Rama IV road as it passes through Samyan neighborhood, within walking distance from MRT Samyan and Samyan Mitrtown lifestyle mall.

The project offers a total of 418 units. The layouts include 1-3 bedroom conventional apartments, 1-and 2-bedroom lofts, duplexes and penthouses.

The layouts and even the standard furnishings are meticulously thought-out and designed with modern city living in mind. For instance, all units come standard with built-in air-purifiers and smart home systems. But it shows up even in small details, like the shoe cabinets at the entrances are raised, leaving space for a robotic vacuum dock. All units have an enclosed kitchen; 80% come with a walk-in closet. The utilities are designed to be accessible from outside of the unit (so a plumber or an electrician can do their repairs without entering the room).
