The project
Whizdom Craftz Samyan is a 55-story high-rise building, standing right on the main Rama IV road as it passes through Samyan neighborhood, within walking distance from MRT Samyan and Samyan Mitrtown lifestyle mall.
The project offers a total of 418 units. The layouts include 1-3 bedroom conventional apartments, 1-and 2-bedroom lofts, duplexes and penthouses.

The layouts and even the standard furnishings are meticulously thought-out and designed with modern city living in mind.
