What is nearby

The Estelle boasts one of the best prime plots in the recent years. The development is located within an easy 3-minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS and The Emporium/EmQuartier malls (as well as the soon-to-open EmSphere). Popular Benchasiri Park is in ~400 m.

Phrom Phong itself is one of Bangkok’s most popular residential districts, famed for it’s Japanese influences, rich restaurant and cafe scene, and some of the best shopping in Bangkok. It’s long been the residential area of choice for wealthy Thai families and the many Japanese expatriates in Bangkok (with other nationalities taking heed in recent years).

The Estelle sits on soi Sukhumvit  26 - a scenic, tree-lined road with a residential feel to it. It runs all the way from Sukhumvit to Rama 4 Road. This makes it a convenient connecting road from the Sukhumvit to a couple of other main areas of the city – the Lumpini-Wireless and Silom-Sathorn business districts.

While the soi looks like any other upper Sukhumvit street at the first glance, it actually turn out to be a good family area once you get further into the soi and start to uncover a few hidden gems in the form of mini-malls, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes, a kids’ indoor fun park. Deeper into the soi lies K-Village - open-air, dog-friendly mall, which makes for a nice, more relaxed and family friendly alternative to swanky EmQuartier.

Despite already being an established area, Phrom Phong is expected to experience further land price growth once the phase 1 of the Grey Monorail Line starts operation in 2023. The nearest station - exchange to Sukhumvit line on Thong Lor BTS station - will be located just in 1 km from the project.
