The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a freehold award-winning branded residences in a Bangkok’s iconic architectural landmark and one of Thailand’s tallest skyscrapers - Mahanakhon building.
Mahanakhon
King Power Mahanakhon’s is one of the most distinct and unique high-rises in the world. Its unmistakable silhouette, projecting 3-dimensional pixels spiraling along the length of the building, was designed by Ole Scheeren (who, among other things, led the development of CCTV Tower in Beijing at OMA). At the time of its construction, at 314 meters it was the tallest building in Thailand. It’s a luxury-mixed use project located in the center of Sathorn, just a couple steps away from BTS Chong Nongsi. The building houses the following:

The residences
The Ritz-Carlton Residences are ultraluxury freehold residences with exclusive facilities, managed by The Ritz-Calrton. There is just 209 units, separated into 2 zones:
- Residences - Floor 23-54. Units vary from 135 sqm 2-bedrooms to 305 sqm 4-bedrooms
- Sky Residences - Floor 57-73. These include even bigger 3 bedrooms and 3+1 bedrooms, featuring even higher specifications and 3.4 m ceilings. Sizes range from 334 to 447 sqm.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences is located between Silom and Sathorn roads, in the middle of Bangkok’s central business district. BTS Chong Nongsi is located directly at the entrance of the project.
Sathorn is a Bangkok’s central business area (with emphasis on business). It’s wide road lined with banks, office buildings, headquarters of international corporations, embassies. However, it’s not all business - it’s also home to some of Bangkok’s trendiest hotels (W Hotel Bangkok stands right next to The Ritz-Carlton Residences and The Standard is located in the same building), fine dining and trendy coffee shops. The Ritz-Carlton Residences actually happens to connect to one of the most happening places in the area - soi Sathorn 12 is located directly behind the project (actually the exclusive residential entrance is located on this soi).
