The villas are located 150 m from Bang Tao beach - however these 150 m are public land that cannot be developed. This means that Oceanfront Villas are as close to the sea as legally possible, and that there won’t be anything built between them and the beach.

Oceanfront Villas is located in the center of Laguna Phuket - an integrated resort and high-end residential area in the heart of Bang Tao beach. This is probably the best area for higher-end residential projects on Phuket, which is well reflected by most of new luxury projects being built here.
The project is ~150 m from the beach. There is no construction possible between the project and the sea due to the land zoning.
Bang Tao’s prime Boat Avenue shopping area is easily accessible within 10 minutes drive, so is Porto de Phuket mall. One of the best international schools on Phuket - USW - is within 20 minutes drive, Phuket International Airport - 25 minutes.
