Balco Bangtao Beach is a new villa community just 400 m from Bangtao beach and Catch beach club, built by a top Thai developer - Origin PLC.

Origin is one of top Thai developers, with dozens of completed projects in Bangkok and in provinces. The name ‘Balco’ derives from ‘Balcone’ (Italian for ‘balcony’) and reflects developer’s inspiration from Italy and Venice, where balconies became a reflection of modern social urbanism, connecting privacy of indoors and community outside and providing a free space for everyone in the house for eating, chilling or gathering together.

In that spirit the villa designs emphasize common areas and seamless blending of indoor and outdoor spaces, making the most of surrounding tropical nature and sea breeze.
