The name ‘Balco’ derives from ‘Balcone’ (Italian for ‘balcony’) and reflects developer’s inspiration from Italy and Venice, where balconies became a reflection of modern social urbanism, connecting privacy of indoors and community outside and providing a free space for everyone in the house for eating, chilling or gathering together.

In that spirit the villa designs emphasize common areas and seamless blending of indoor and outdoor spaces, making the most of surrounding tropical nature and sea breeze.
